Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Unopened and unused merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Submit a Return

To request a return, email weare@mimicri.art with your order number.
Once approved, a prepaid FedEx return label will be provided. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

A 20 dollar return fee applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date the return is received at our warehouse.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must arrive unused, unopened, and in original condition.
If a returned item is received damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return and ship the product back to the address on file.
The 20 dollar return shipping fee applies and cannot be waived.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact weare@mimicri.art within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

Requests submitted without photos may not be processed.

If our team confirms that the product arrived damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing weare@mimicri.art with “Cancel Request” in the subject line.
